The main reducer assembly is a 6-ton wheel loader Yunyu drive axle component, made of high wear-resistant materials, with the characteristics of low noise and durability, commonly used in LOVOL, ENSIGN, Degong and other brand loaders. It consists of Yunyu 60 reinforced differential assembly, bevel gear pair, housing, locking nut, oil seal, bearings 31313, 31314, 32018X and other components.
Assembly Process Of Yunyu 60 Main Reducer Assembly:
1. Before assembling the main reducer assembly of Yunyu 60 model, thorough preparations should be made. This includes cleaning all parts and checking the dimensions, shapes and mating surfaces of all parts to ensure they meet the design requirements.
2. The driven gear and the differential assembly are fastened together through bolts. It is necessary to ensure that the tightening torque of the bolts complies with the design requirements to prevent loosening or damage of the connection.
Heat the conical roller bearings to 120℃ and ensure their correct installation on the differential housing. Then press them in place to ensure the correct installation and stability of the gears and bearings. Then securely install the differential into the transmission housing and install the main reducer bearing cover.
3. During assembly, check the friction torque. The meshing clearance of the driven gear and the preload of the bearings need to be found using specialized detection instruments to ensure the optimal working position of the gears and guarantee smooth operation.
After assembly, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the main reducer assembly of Yunyu 60 model to ensure its normal operation and performance stability.
