Loader Parts Gearbox Assembly
The gearbox is a key hub of the power system of the construction machinery wheel loader, mainly used to regulate the speed and torque of the power output. Used for 5-ton Lovol 9F560 wheel loader.
Function
1. Power regulation: By switching gears to change the transmission ratio, flexible switching between low-speed high torque (suitable for heavy-duty operations such as shoveling and lifting) and high-speed low torque (suitable for on-site transfer driving) can be achieved;
2. Direction control: Cooperate with the reversing mechanism to achieve fast switching between forward and backward, suitable for the reciprocating operation scenarios of material loading and unloading;
3. Power buffering: Equipped with a hydraulic torque converter (mainstream configuration), it buffers the vibration and impact of the engine and transmission components, reducing the risk of failure under heavy load conditions;
4. Power diversion: Allocate partial power to the hydraulic system (working device, steering system) to ensure the coordinated operation of multiple actions of the whole machine.
