The loader variable speed pump is used for the 5-ton Lovol wheel loader, model 9F650-24A100000A0. Variable speed pump is mainly composed of pump body, transmission shaft, impeller, pressure regulating valve and other components. The pump body has an inlet and an outlet, which generate suction and pressure through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, thereby achieving the suction and discharge of hydraulic oil.
Working Principle Of Loader Variable Speed Pump
Variable speed pump is a component of the loader transmission system, whose main function is to regulate the movement speed of the loader.
When the loader needs to accelerate, the variable speed pump will increase the flow and pressure of hydraulic oil, thereby pushing the loader forward faster; On the contrary, when deceleration is required, the variable speed pump will reduce the flow and pressure of hydraulic oil, resulting in a decrease in loader speed.
