Lovol Planetary Gear Carrier Assy
The planetary carrier is a key component of the wheel reducer assembly of the 7-ton Lovol loader, mainly used to support the planetary gears, allowing them to rotate around the sun gear and simultaneously rotate around their own axis. By connecting with the sun gear and internal gear, power transmission is achieved to ensure smooth and efficient transmission of power to the output shaft.
Product Maintenance
Regularly inspect the gear tooth surface for broken teeth, cracks, or peeling to ensure good gear meshing and transmission efficiency and accuracy. Check the lubricating oil level within the normal range and regularly replace the lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the loader.
