Loader Parts Brake Plate
The brake disc is a component of the drive axle assembly brake system of the XCMG 6-ton wheel loader, with an inner diameter of 212mm and an outer diameter of 499mm. The brake plate is made of high wear-resistant metal material and its main function is to generate braking force through friction. When the driver steps on the brake pedal, the brake transmission device converts this action into pressure on the brake disc, causing it to firmly adhere to the brake pads and generate friction. This friction will hinder the rotation of the wheels, thereby achieving deceleration or stopping of the vehicle, ensuring the safety and stability of the vehicle during operation and driving.
Maintenance And Upkeep
Before disassembling the brake disc, the wear level of the brake disc should be checked first. If the wear is excessive, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
