Lovol axle assembly
The axle assembly of the Lovol loading locomotive is the core transmission load-bearing component of the chassis, suitable for 3-7 ton loaders. It is divided into front steering drive axle and rear drive axle, and adopts a two-stage reduction structure of main reduction spiral bevel gear and wheel side planetary gear, as well as wheel side wet braking structure. Composed of axle housing, main reducer, differential, fully floating half shaft, wheel planetary mechanism, wet brake and seals, it achieves deceleration, torque increase and differential steering. Strengthen the impact resistance of cast steel bridge shells, the gears are carburized and quenched for wear resistance and durability, the wet brake has good heat dissipation, multiple oil seals resist mud, water and dust, modularity is easy to maintain, and the original factory matching is high, which can be adapted to heavy-duty operation scenarios such as earthworks, mines, and sand and gravel yards.

1. Two stage reduction structure: main reduction spiral bevel gear+wheel side planetary reduction, large total transmission ratio, low-speed high torque output, matched with heavy load shovel loading conditions of a 7-ton loader.

The function of Lovol loading locomotive bridge assembly
1. Power deceleration and torque increase: Receive power from the gearbox, reduce speed and increase torque through two-stage deceleration of the main reducer and wheel edges, drive the wheels to generate sufficient traction, and complete digging, pushing, and heavy-duty walking.
2. Change the direction of power: The spiral bevel gear of the main reducer converts the horizontal power of the gearbox into a vertical direction and transmits it to the left and right wheels.
3. Differential function: When the vehicle is turning, it allows the left and right drive wheels to rotate at different speeds to avoid tire slip and wear, ensuring smooth turning.
