The planetary gear shaft is an internal component of the planetary carrier assembly in the wheel side reducer of the 8ton wheel loader drive axle.The planetary gear system utilizes shafts for power output, with the main function of significantly reducing speed and doubling torque, greatly improving the efficiency of the loader.

Function
The Lovol loader 9H801 has four planetary axles on the drive axle planetary carrier, which are usually securely installed in the corresponding holes of the planetary carrier to ensure accurate and stable positioning of the planetary gears relative to the planetary carrier and the sun gear/ring gear. The planetary axle bears the radial force generated when the planetary gears mesh (mainly from the meshing force between the sun gear and the ring gear) and the tangential force generated when transmitting torque. It transfers these loads to the planetary carrier, which is the fundamental function of the planetary axle.
Maintenance
