Loader Rear Axle Spiral Bevel Gear
The master-slave gear pair is used for the Lovol driven rear axle main reducer assembly of a 7-ton wheel loader in construction machinery, with models FL968/FL970/FL975 loader. The gear pair consists of 9:41 teeth, crown pinion with 26 keys, an inner diameter of 230mm, and an outer diameter of 415mm. The crown wheel is fixed to the differential assembly, while the crown pinion is installed inside the main reducer. The crown pinion gear drives the crown wheel gear to operate and achieve deceleration. During the operation of the loader, this device can reduce the speed, increase the torque, and improve the work efficiency. It has strong load-bearing capacity, ensuring the reliability and stability of the loader in harsh working conditions.
