ENSIGN 50 Half Shaft Sleeve
The ENSIGN 50 half shaft sleeve is typically a thick walled, high-strength, hollow seamless steel tube that has undergone precision machining. The ENSIGN 50 loader has 53 splines, which are key load-bearing components on the drive axle. Its structural design closely serves its core role in power transmission and load-bearing of the ENSIGN loader.
Key Characteristics Of Half Shaft Sleeve
High load-bearing capacity: capable of withstanding vertical vehicle loads and impact loads under complex road conditions.
High rigidity: ensuring wheel alignment accuracy and overall rigidity of the drive axle.
Precision fitting: The fitting requirements with bearings, oil seals, and axle housings are extremely high, which directly affects the sealing performance and service life.
Core connector: rigidly connect the wheel assembly (hub, brake, tire) with the main reducer assembly of the drive axle as a whole.
Non removable: The connection with the axle housing is usually a permanent press fit, and if it is damaged during maintenance, the entire axle housing assembly needs to be replaced or professionally repaired.
