Jincheng Gear Ring Assembly
The Jincheng ring gear assembly is a component of the 5-ton wheel loader drive axle assembly. It is a split type, with a 53 spline support and a 67 tooth ring gear, used for the Jincheng drive axle of the 5-ton loader.
The ring gear is fixed to the wheel edge assemblies at both ends of the drive axle housing through half shaft splines. The power transmitted from the main transmission causes the planetary gears to roll along the fixed inner ring gear and drive the planetary carrier and drive wheels to rotate. Improve the meshing conditions between the sun gear and planetary gear.
